Our mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential in life, sport, and overall well-being. Whether recovering from an injury, improving performance, or seeking joint care, our experienced team is committed to helping patients live life to the fullest through a comprehensive approach to orthopedic rehabilitation.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapy Clinical Technician plays an important role in supporting patient care and rehabilitation under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT). This role focuses on assisting patients with exercises, improving strength and flexibility, and reinforcing proper biomechanics during therapy sessions.

While the Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients, the Clinical Technician supports treatment by helping guide exercises, monitoring progress, assisting with real-time adjustments, and reinforcing proper movement and technique.

Due to our strong focus on sports medicine—particularly gymnastics and performing arts medicine—preference will be given to candidates with athletic backgrounds or experience working with athletes in these disciplines.

This position will primarily support our Naperville, Woodridge, and Willowbrook clinic locations.
