We are looking for a friendly, professional, and outgoing Part-Time Showroom Sales Specialist & Demonstrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, helping customers feel welcome, staying organized, and being part of a supportive office and sales environment.
You do not need window and door experience — we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do
As our Showroom Sales Specialist & Demonstrator, you will:

  • Welcome customers as they enter the showroom and create a warm, professional first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers with general showroom questions
  • Demonstrate window and door products in a helpful, customer-friendly way
  • Explain basic product features and connect customers with the appropriate sales representative
  • Schedule appointments for customers and sales representatives
  • Collect customer information using profile forms
  • Enter and update customer and lead information in company systems
  • Follow up with leads from walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
  • Help keep the showroom clean, organized, stocked, and customer-ready
  • Support the sales team in creating a smooth and positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
  • Friendly, upbeat, and professional
  • Comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask in a busy showroom and office environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and willing to learn new systems
  • Dependable, helpful, and team-focused
  • Interested in learning about windows, doors, and home improvement products
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, showroom support, scheduling, receptionist work, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
  • Window and door knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
Physical Requirements
This position works primarily in a showroom and office setting. The role may include standing, walking, greeting customers, sitting at a desk or reception counter, and occasionally lifting product samples or display materials up to 20 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made when appropriate.

Schedule: Friday
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM, and Monday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Pay Range: TBD
