Job Description:
As a Retail Stock Associate, you will play a key role in supporting both our sales team and customers by ensuring that our inventory is well-organized, accessible, and ready for sale. Your day-to-day duties will include assisting with stocking, fulfilling customer orders, packaging and delivering items, and maintaining the store's visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sales staff with inventory management and customer orders
• Organize and move inventory to ensure products are readily available
• Accurately fulfill online or in-store orders and prepare items for shipping or delivery
• Help with merchandising to keep displays attractive and product selection up to date
• Provide excellent customer service, helping to answer questions or locate products
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and precisely 
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Full shift availability 10 AM – 6 PM for both part-time and full-time shifts
