Sound Meditation Description
Treat yourself to a Sunday night Sound meditation and experience the restorative resonance of the gong and crystal cowls as the vibrations facilitate the release of stress, clearing of the mind, and retuning of the body. Sound Meditation requires no skills, abilities or beliefs....simply sit or lay near these instruments and allow the vibrations to bring you back into balance. Please bring your own mat, cushion, pillow, and/or blanket to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

7-7:15pm - Doors Open
7:15-7:20 - Sound and expectations
7:20-8:10 - Sound meditation
8:10-8:30 - Q & A, experience shares (tea and light refreshments)
